Emergencies and Repairs

If we encounter an emergency—first, we serve as your project advocate. We will do everything possible to stabilize the situation immediately. When a problem requires your attention, we call you to discuss options. We can contact your preferred contractors or refer you to licensed, bonded vendors. And should your property need maintenance or repairs, we can remain onsite during the repair job, monitoring that everything goes as it should. A report will be sent to you upon completion of that work.
